Finesse 9 uses compatibility mode IE 8.

Can anyone please confirm what compatibility mode is used by Finesse 10?

See the Finesse 10.0 desktop user’s guide page 2:

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/finesse/finesse_1001/user/guide/CFIN_BK_C1C095CD_00_cisco-finesse-agent-desktop-user.pdf

If you use Internet Explorer to access Finesse, you must ensure that your browser is not running in Compatibility View.

If Compatibility View is enabled in your browser, the following message appears:

Your browser is now running in Compatibility View, which is not supported and may cause issues with Finesse.

To continue, turn off Compatibility View.

To turn off Compatibility View, click the icon to the right of the address bar in your browser, or from your browser

menu, select Tools>CompatibilityView

Thanks lender,

I think I have framed the wrong question.

In IE & Finesse 9, the mode is set to IE 8 with the following line:

<meta content="IE=8" http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible">

In the same way, what is the mode set by Finesse 10?

I cannot confirm how the mode is set internally, only that compatibility mode is not used for Finesse 10
