Hi Every one
we need to record calls for 25 call agent so i'm installing CR standalone server with OVA "all in one " .
after intalling SQL Server Express and WorkForce Optimization , this error appear to me while WFO try to access SQL database.
could you provide me solution for this issue ??

Run the "SQL Server Configuration Manager" and check that TCP/IP is enabled for the Client Protocols and Protocols for MSSQLSERVER
One of them is not enabled by default but I can't remember which
