Has anyone had a compatibility issue with UCCX and Anti-virus software?
We are running UCCX version 7.0(2)Build 254 and Symantec Endpoint Protection Version 11.0.6005.562
We are having an issue where logged on agents disappear and reappear from the Cisco Supervisor screen......
Any thoughts, ideas, recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Theresa,
As per the compatibility matrix SEP 11 seems to be compatible with 7.0.2
If you havent gone through this technote I suggest you try it and see if it helps to isolate the issue.

Thank you Shirish......we have read the technotes and did the troubleshooting steps listed....e.g. confirm open ports, multiple agent.exe, replace .dll file.....all to no avail.......
We also consulted the compatibility matrix before the upgrade and noted that 11.0 was supported......

Hi Theresa,
I would look throught the Endpoint logs to see if SEP is blocking CSD from working. You could also try disabling features one at a time, and see if the issue goes away.
