Contact Center. Campaign outbounds??

Hi, I'm new to these issues and am trying to make a campaign outbounds for a contact center. In  the documentation indicates that the contact information is entered in  plain text are the separator comma, but it is producing an error  importing contacts. I tried to introduce them to single quotes, without quotes ..... but it still fails. Can someone help? I've been looking for examples and find nothing about it.

Really, I dont know how can introduce the contact information (name, phone01 for example) when planning a outbound campaign. I tryed with plain text but when import the contacts jumps:"Error importing contacts". Do you know how can i do that?

as far as I know (and as I remember), onto CCX Help appears the way that you need to use to load record into a Outbound Campaign.

Have you checked this information?

In IPCC Enterprise Outbound modeule you can define campaigns with personalized fields, but in CCX you cannot do it.

I've checked it, the information is: "use only comma-separated  plain text file with .txt extension", but when import the contacts like this configuration, for example:

     name, last name, phone1, phone2, phone3

or

     'name','last name', phone1, phone2, phone3

or

     'name','last name', 'phone1', 'phone2', 'phone3'

or

     ..........................

devolve an importing error and I dont know how i have to do.

Sorry i didn't get it. What is you version ? I think you can see it once you login to the appadmin page.

CSCta40110 is a defect you can see it in the bug toolkit

Can you restart node manager and see you don't see this issue anymore ?

According to the defect I mentioned CSCta40110 the db locks up.

Maybe you can send us MADM logs after trying to import the contacts?
