Hello,
Does anybody have comparitive analysis on how Cisco UCCX solution/features stand in contact center solutions out there e.g Avaya, Nortel etc?
Please provide if you have any.

Apart from great responses you might get from folks here I would recommend you reaching out to Cisco Sales Team who would have a presentation file ready for such analysis, as they need to demonstrate Cisco products to customers in competition with other products in market.

Gajanan has it right on here. When discussing competitive advantages your are best off engaging account team for customer to assist you. Partner central contains some competitive information that you may be seeking, but I warn you that some may be very old and not relevant to today's market.
