Hi Friends
I have installed Cisco Unified CCX Administration System version: 10.6.1.11001-31 in my environment. Recently it was updated. I have two agents and they are receiving calls on their extension during working hours. One of agent will receive after working hours it is working fine.
During weekends the calls suppose to be received by one agent but it is not working. How can I configure any user called the extension should forward to the agent? I have attache the screen shot of application management.
Please advise.

Agent_2_Mobile variable does not seem to have any value assigned to it, can you try assign the extension there and then check.
