Dear all,
I have configured the Courtesy Callback for our Client, I am stucked on one request from them.
On the 'Call Back Entry Script', Section 'Wants Call Back' the 'Confirm call number 2' box ask the caller to enter his number then it reads it digit by digit.
Is there a way to read the number two digits by two digits.
Example : If the caller phone number is 06.95.15.46 the client wish to play back the number as : Zero Six, Ninety Five, Fifteen, Fourty Six
Thanks for your help
Best Regards,

Since that node uses Say It Smart, you'd have to look to customize it, which I imagine would likely void Cisco's support of the applications since they are very sensitive as to what can and can't be changed within Courtesy Callback scripts.

We've not had any issues customizing the CCB scripts. That being said, yes the OP will need to create a custom element which utilizes say it smart and plays 2 digits at a time with special consideration for numbers starting with zero.
