Hi

Anyone know how to reset the password or assign a new account as administrator for CRA 3.1 (which is actually just CM3.3 with upgraded extended services 3.1)?

Thanks - that's exactly what I needed...

I suspected it would be somewhere in the directory but could seem to find it...

But now you have me curious- what's the significance of the (1)?

Hopefully you can solve this issue with the information on the following page:

"IPCC Express Administrator Unable to Login After Initial Configuration"

Hi,

Assigning administrator rights to appadmin for ccmuser :

1. Through "User Maintenance Page" in appadmin.

http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/voice/sw_ap_to/apps_3_5/english/admn_app/apadm35.pdf - Pg.No:18-57.

2. Using DC Directory Administrator go to

CCN Apps/Configurations/usergroup.xxxxxxxx/users?array and verify that your admin userid is there. You can also add a valid Call manager userID followed by (1)

For example set it to: admin(1)
