Create MS SQL linked server to UCCX database.

Hi All,

I would like to know how to create a linked server between the Cisco UCCX database and the Microsoft SQL Server.

Also would like to know how we can connect SSIS with the Cisco UCCX database and load the Microsoft SQL Server.

out of the box , what is the database provided with Cisco UCCX?

Cisco UCCX uses IBM Informix database.
