Create TTS (text to speech)

I Have uccx v11.6.2 and i'm trying to create TTS prompt but the system voice only generate the letters not the full name how can i solve it ?

Do you have Nuance or LumenVox installed which will provide the TTS or ASR service?

no i have only UCCX

CCX does not have ASR/TTS (or NLP) capabilities natively; it relies on an integration with a supported provider.

we have Nuance installed and integrate  with UCCX can you please help us how to add in a script
