Creating custom field in JTAPI for caller number

Hi All,

We are using Altitude IVR with Cisco Call Manager. Whenever the customer is calling the IVR the IVR will transfer the call to the agent. In the JTAPI logs we will see the caller number as IVR number instead of the customer number. 

Can we create and have a custom CTI field to get the exact customer caller number.
