Creating Users In Finnesse

Hello again,

We are tying to figure out how to create a new user in finesse. We don't know how to navigate through out the software. Apparently we need step by step instructions. We are unable to follow the Finesse AG 11.5. I know this a sad case. SMH!

You'll have to provide more information, like what platform (UCCE/PCCE vs UCCX), but you will likely not need to do anything in Finesse to create an agent.

It is likely that most of what you'll need to do is in the Admin workstation that you asked about in your other post where you were looking for Script Editor. Once you find that, it is likely that's where you'll do the steps.
