CRS Admin - No Logon

James Burns

Unable to logon to our development UCCX Admin webpage - appadmin. Whilst testing with active directory, the original user ID set-up during the UCCX installation was removed when AD was disabled. Consequently have no means of logging on. Browsing online found solutions to enable the Administrator login, however this is working already. However it only offers the Help menu.

1. How do I recreate an admin login without rebuilding the system?

2. How do I keep the same login when AD both enabled or disabled?

Thanks

James

Hello James,

If you are using UCCX 7.0(1) this process will help you to recreate your Administration user.

1.    On the CRS server, go to C:\Program Files\wfavvid and double click on the file cet.bat
2.    Click No at the warning regarding using this tool
3.    In the left hand pane, double click on the following Configuration Object Type: com.cisco.crs.cluster.config.AppAdminSetupConfig
4.    In the right hand pane, double click on the row returned for your node
5.    In the new window, click on the "com.cisco.crs.cluster.config.AppAdminSetupConfig" tab
6.    Change the value for Setup State to "Fresh Install"
7.    Click on Apply to save the changes
8.    Access the UCCX Administration page and use "Administrator" as username and "ciscocisco" as a password.

Hello James.

Its good to hear that everything is working now

I'm pretty sad that Cisco took the CET tool away from us in 8x.
