CSD 10.6(1) SU2 install issue

Hi ,

We had Uccx 10.5 in the lab, and have upgraded to Uccx10.6(1) SU2, post upgrade

Hi,

It seems this issue is pc based.CCX seems to be in order.

To be sure,try uninstall manually all desktop suites according to ver 10.5 and try install ver 10.6 suite components again.

I did uninstall 10.5 desktop suites on my PC but still facing same issue.

Uninstall Cisco Agent Desktop
