Hi,
I have two supervisors that are see agents logged in for 20 hours, but when I check the UCCX resource stat the agent are not even logged in. I have tried to uninstall the supervisor and reinstall it, but no luck. We are using UCCX 8.6 su3

Hi Curtis,
Please check the Agent.Exe process running in the CAD client box, if so please delete this proess from the Task manager and see if it helps.
Also, for a test purpose try logging in to CAD with the same above user credentils and see if it throws a warning message saying this User is already logged in and you want to force logout this instance.
