Does anyone know of or have a application that would display stats about a particular CSQ as the idle screen on 7960's? I am looking to replace our company logo as the idle screen for the phones in our IT dept. I would like to display Calls in Queue, Agents logged in, Agents talking, and just some other basic CSQ overview stats. Does anyone know where to start?
Thank you.

This is fantastic, thank you.
One question though, on the JSP page you display total calls and abandonded calls , can you show these for the current day only?
Thanks again

Is this dependent on a particular IPCC version or anything?
I tried getting it to work but in both a web browser and on a phone I get a blank screen, with absolutely no indication of an error or anything.
In the .aef file I edited the last line (Http Forward) to include the path:
"c:\program files\wfavvid\tomcat\webapps\ROOT \CSQ"
In the .jsp I edited the refresh URL line:
response.addHeader("Refresh","45; url=http://IPCCX1:8080/stats");
I placed the .jsp file on the IPCC server IPCCX1 in the following location:
"c:\program files\wfavvid\tomcat\webapps\ROOT \CSQ"
I then uploaded the script. Then setup the application as per the image included in the .zip file but with my CSQ name in the variable.
I added the HTTP trigger /stats
I went to the location in a both IE7 and Firefox and got a blank page.
I then set it up to access via a phone and got a blank page there as well.
Would love to see this working as it will help me in with other ideas I have.

IPCC Express Premium is required to use HTTP triggers. Are there any errors in the log files?

I have premium and was able to make the HTTP trigger.
I see no errors in event log. I will have to see if maybe there is a log file I should be checking for errors.

IPCC Express 4.0.4 SR1 seems to have broken the 8080 tomcat instance.
I load files into the c:\program files\wfavvid\tomcat\webapps\ROOT path and am not able to access them.
There is an index.html file in there by default that is also no longer accessible.
It looks like SR1 changed the path for the 8080 Tomcat.
Anyone know how to get this working!
Thanks!

this script worked on one IPCC server but not on another I get this error
The XML page cannot be displayed
Cannot view XML input using style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.

XML document must have a top level element. Error processing resource 'http://10.11.40.10:8080/stats.jsp'.

Can ipccx 4.0(5) with Enhanced edition support "http contact"? It is because when I start debug the aef file, it prompted Lience Exception (License for script com.cisco.wf.steps.http.ApplyJSPBeanInfo not found)

This is a teriffic script. Thank You. I do have one question, is there any way to set the refresh rate on the screen to provide real-time information?

I am getting the following error when browsing the page via web browser:
XML document must have a top level element. Error processing resource 'http://CRSSERVERIP:8080/CSQ/stats.jsp'.
On the phone i get XML Error [4] Parse Error
Anyone else experiencing this?
Thanks,
JG

I am getting the same thing, I have not been able to get this working on our system yet.
I have a huge need to get these stat screens working, so hopefully someone can point us in the right direction.
