Hi Chad,
not sure why you are trying to open the session with protocol version 2, anyway, try using this procedure to gather more info on this failed login:

Chad
In ICM PG explorer check the peripheral name of the CTIOS PG. Then re-run setup on the PG's. Make sure the peripheral name matches what you gave in ICM.

I wanted to leave a note sayingthat I solved the issue. It seems that the PG and CTIOS Periphiral ID must be identical or communication between the two doesnt work. Changing the PID of CTIOS to the same PID as the CCM PG in ICM worked.
Thanks,
Chad

Good deal. I was in the same boat and did not know what configuration I have missed.
Thank you.

Chad,
I'm having the same issue on our system but I'm not seeing where you change the PID on the CTIOS. Can you point me in the right direction but I do not see anywhere to change it for the CTIOS, I can change it for everything but not the CTIOS.
Thanks

Travis,
re-run ctios setup.exe, found in x:\icm\CTIOS_bin\, you will see the PID field in there.

That's what I thought it was. Mine is correct but I think I've narrowed the issue down to CAD since the CTIOS client works fine. Having some werid issues, I cannot login using login name and it says a CTIOS component is offline but everything is online. Oh well, looks like we're ditching CAD.
Thanks

It's been a while since I touched CAD, but go through every single configuration screen and ensure you didn't miss anything, that's usually the problems I've encountered and are fixed pretty easily.

I'm sure I'll go through it again but I've installed it a few times now. Thanks for the help.
