Did you mean to ask CTI OS vs. CAD vs. Finesse for example?

CTI (Computer telephony integration) is just a protocol which CTI OS and other features rely on.

I want to clarify in my mind ctos that is coming from pg i know finesse receive all information cti not ctios.

Cad is connect to ctios via cad user interface not directly connected ctios but mainly it use ctios.

I can not understand what is the difference between cti and ctios. I know cti mean computer telephony interface also use from cucm .
