I have some users in our environment who would like to do custom queries off of our call center database, they find Cisco Historical Reports restrictive. Is there a document that explains how this can be done?

If you find that by doing this yourself is cumbersome and you would like to know about a 3rd Party application that can
easily do this for you, please let me know.
Our solution provides for drag and drop functionality to create, manage and store custom reports - without effecting the
performance of the UCCX Server.
