Disbale the short cut keys on CAD

Is it possible to disable the shortcut keys on the Cisco Agent Desktop.

Hello,

I am not sure if you can disable them but i am pretty sure you can change them , go to the cisco desktop administrator and then choose the user interface and try to change it or disable it , everything you need for the CAD can be admined from that software.

I have already tried this and this allows you to change the Hint description only and not change the built in fucntion.
