CUCM 12.5(1)SU2 -JTAPI error "Unable to create provider -- user connected on an invalid port"

Hi All

I have a CUCM (12.5(1)SU2) running in Mix mode however my developer colleague could not connect to the JTAPI account from his app, gets the error JTAPI error "Unable to create provider -- user connected on an invalid port". I have used the version 10.x JTAPI test tool and get the same. If I deliberately enter the wrong password I get the bad password error. I have created another application user account and get the same issue.

I then tested the JTAPI tool against another lab CUCM (12.5(1)SU1) in non-secure mode and its fine.

What am I missing? Server has also been rebooted, CTI Manager service is running.

Any assistance would be most appreciated.
