Dear all,
we have a CUCM, CUCM sub, UCCX Servers.
When CUCM goes down CUCM sub getting registered with all phones except CTI Route point.
thats why CUCM Sub and UCCX connectivity not working fine.
can u help me to find this.

does the devicepool that the route points are assigned to, contain a call manager group with two cucms in it?

i checked and verified all servers are in the same device pool

on UCCX check the following components:
AXL Service Provider
JTAPI Provider for Unified CM Telephony Subsystem
JTAPI Provider for Resource Manager/Contact Manager Subsystem
on make sure you point them to a set of CUCMs

all these are set with CUCM and CUCM sub
