Hi,
We're considering to upgrade the existing UCCE deployment of our customer, currently use 10.5(1), to the latest version, which is 12.5(1). We want to ensure the learning curve to the end-user to be minimal and the overall usage will be smooth and fun.
We have tried to play-around using the PCCE lab provided by DevNet/ dCloud and try to replicate the report we've been delivered to our customer as to ensure the upgrade process to be feasible and done smoothly.
However, we've been wondering of two things, which are:
1. does this notification at upper-right like this available at new version of CUIC 12.5? where is it precisely, can anyone elaborate? -- this snippet was a captured of existing reporting of CUIC 10.5(1)
This has been help our customer and us to determine, whether a particular report has reached its upper limit or not? But, we can't find the similar notification on new version of CUIC 12.5(1)
2. we got the restriction, only can create 1 large schedule despite this version is CUIC 12.5(1) on devnet lab, is it happen with you as well? while the official document state we should have create up to 6 large schedule? -- here is the link https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/intelligence_suite/intelligence_suite_1205/user/guide/cuic_b_user-guide-1205/cuic_b_user-guide-1205_chapter_0101.html
The captured above was took from PCCE 12.5(1) lab provided by DevNet/ dCloud. Can anyone guide us, how to increase the limit as per document. We login to CUIC as administrator as per shown at the captured, by the way
Any insight and guidance is highly appreciated. Thank you!

They 8000 row limit reached appears at the bottom of the report.
The number of large schedules allowed is set via a CUIC CLI command. The default is 1, which is probably what you're running into.

Hi, @bill.king1
Thank you for your reply. Are you saying that the 8000 records limit will show, only if that limit has been reached. So far we only see "Success!" message at the left-bottom. The previous version will show the records even if lower than the limit. Meanwhile we try to replicate to create a report that reach that limit.
Regarding the setting, thank you for your guidance we will try to modify that value through CLI then.
Thank you!

I can't validate it at the moment as far as what shows on the screen, especially in 12.5, but in 11.6 for instance, if you export the report after you run it, at the bottom you will see this:
Generated on XXXX EST by CUIC\administrator (8,000 records). Additional data available - please narrow selection accordingly.

I see what you mean... we have this in CUIC 10.6. You can see the same text on row 80004.

Hi @bill.king1,
Is it mean, the notification will only be available once it was exported to the XLS doc as per @rikardkrvaric captured, but not shown at the CUIC screen? As of now, we haven't succeed on retrieving the report that exceed the limitation in order to get the notification of the limit has been reached.
Regarding the set max-large-schedule, we've tried to check documentation, but we can't verify the current setting as well as set the new value. Do we have to check some prerequisites first? Note: login as administrator to the CLI
Thank you for your guidance in advance

Thank you for @bill.king1 and @rikardkrvaric we've completed our mission.
1. The 8000 records limitation will be shown at left-bottom, but it was in the form a normative message, not showing the actual record like previous version.
we achieve this by the following steps:
a. create custom RD which implement "union all" of the same table of Agent_Skill_Group_Interval
b. create custom Report which refer to that RD above, then run the report from 2001-2020
2. Regarding the large schedule, we've been too focus on official documentation which state "max-large-schedule" while the actual working command is "max-large-schedules" as per shown at the list.
Hopefully this can be helpful for other as well. Thank you
