CUIC Agent Team Real-Time report not showing teams available

Dears, 

i am facing issue with only 2 users who are not able to see the Agent Teams available in Agent Team Real-Time report.

please support if anyone had the same issue.

Hi Khaled,

Could you please check the user permissions on collections.

you can find it under Security > User permission and select the collections from the drop down and see if the user have assigned required permission to collections and value lists.

Thanks a lot for the support and it is working now, as we don’t have any collection so not able to see the Collection.

But I have tried with UCCE Collection, cant be modified.
