Hello Everyone,
We have 2 applications and 1 CSQ. Each application represents different departement. The supervisors from each departement mainpulate their own agents by adding and removing to/from this CSQ.
The challenge I have is to provide a custom report which includes all details contained in the Detailed Call CSQ Report as well as the extension or the name of the agent who answers the call.
Is there a way to add the extension or name of the agent in the Detailed Call CSQ Report?
