CUIC Custom Reporting

Hello Everyone,

We have 2 applications and 1 CSQ. Each application represents different departement. The supervisors from each departement mainpulate their own agents by adding and removing to/from this CSQ.

 

The challenge I have is to provide a custom report which includes all details contained in the Detailed Call CSQ Report as well as the extension or the name of the agent who answers the call.

 

Is there a way to add the extension or name of the agent in the Detailed Call CSQ Report?

If the challenge still persists, do you mind sharing the UCCX version you want to customize the reports for ?
