CUIC - Dashboard -Live data reports

A internal group that we support has a dashboard comprised of Live Data reports. One day last week the values in the dashboard went to "0" and then recovered. I suspect a network issue was involved and hasn't happened since. How would you verify this and has anyone else experienced this?

 

We are running CUIC 11.6

Your best bet is to use RTMT and go through log files that would show latency. My guess is that LD may have had a latency spike, but identifying it will be a little difficult unless you capture packets in realtime.
