CUIC has duplicat wrap up reason codes int report filter

Hello

Using UCCX express 11.61.  When setting the filter for the Agent Wrap up Data summary report

we see duplicate reason codes and some codes are not there.  If we go into Finesse administration all the codes are correct. The agents also see the correct codes.

Here's two thoughts without testing it to confirm:

1) When you see wrap up code duplicates, are they of slightly different names? E.g., Case is different, or spacing, punctuation, delimiters, etc.?

2) When you don't see wrap up codes in the list, perhaps maybe they don't exist in the historical database? I.e., No Agent has ever used it. Ask an Agent to use one just one time, and see if it shows up in the list after that.

I believe the codes that are duplicated are slightly different. So I see where you are going.  Is there a way to purge the unwanted codes from the HR DB?

I will also have an agent select some of the codes that do not show up and let ya know.

Not to my knowledge, no, you cannot purge data. It should fall out of there naturally over time as the system purges old data though.
