CUIC integration with ICM

Hi,

I am trying to integrate CUIC with ICM (version-8). I have configured agents , skill groups and calltypes in ICM. From the CUIC data source I can see the status of ICM database (both aw and hds) in  "green" icon - I guess the database got synced.

But when I try to pull out reports  there is no Call types or Skill groups getting reflected in CUIC which I have configured in ICM. Only I can see the agents getting  reflected . Any idea.

You'll want to point both data sources to the awdb. The database views will make sure the data is retrieved from the correct db. Also make sure you are logged in as an admin or superuser, if not make sure your user is assigned access to these datasources and value lists.
