CUIC Password

Hi 

I started working for a company last year that moved from the On-Prem UC suite to WebEx Calling and WebEx CC. One of the managers of the CC asked me last week is there a way to turn back on the UCCX server to get access to CUIC to pull some reports. This is the question I have for the community. No one here knows any of the On-Prem passwords to anything so I wanted to know is there a way to reset the password through the CLI once the UCCX server is back online in order to get into CUIC. Also they wanted to know  is it possible to export all the reports out of CUIC.

For exporting the reports, i would rather export the data directly from the database.

You can get access to the informix db via informix ODBC and the uccxhruser.
