CUIC - Supervisor not able to run report on specific agent

Hi All,

 

I'm running into a problem were 1 supervisor is not able to run a report for a specific agent. We have 2 other supervisors and they both can see the agent and run the report for that agent. The agent was recently added to UCCX.

Any suggestions?
