Hello Guys ,
Is it possible to learn termination codes of calls. my purpose is learning who terminates the calls (agent or customer) ?

This has come up a couple times in the past and I believe the answer still is by looking in UCM CDR records only, not necessarily UCCE/PCCE.

Thanks for your response. However , CUCM side managed by another team so i have no permission to access CUCM CDR records. I need to find the solution on UCCX/CUIC side. As i understand , there is no way to obtain this infromation on UCCX/CUIC , right ?
