I ran a report for YTD (1/1/17 - 4/25/17) on Agent State Detail (it is actually a custom version report so that I could get a column specific for RNA Reason Code).
I did it for all agents in a particular Team.
It only goes to 8k lines (exported it to Excel), as a result some of the agents don't show up. I can run it specifically for an agent that did not show up in the Team report and I get the data for that person, so I know the information is there.
I looked in UCCX system parameters and there is no field to indicate any limit on the number of lines a report will return. I have search through the CUIC and there is no mention of it either that I can find.
Anyone know of either the limitation or a parameter setting. IF so, where, if known, does it mention any limitations or parameters ?

Hi,
8000 lines is hard CUIC limit.
But if you want,you can change it.
