CuicLiveDataConfigTask alert in AW page. Live data not showing on CUIC

We have successfully succeed the inventory test an exchanged the certificate properly. still CuicLiveDataConfigTask not completed and showing alert in AW spog alert. tested the livedata, showing online but unable to see any real time data from AWDB or in CUIC report.

Do I understand you correctly, that you are doing PCCE deployment and it fails during configuration of LiveData?

Can you please specify more details about Deployment Type, version details.

Can you check, that all certificates are correctly exchanged with ccut tool? https://cs.co/ccut_readme

Certificate Exchange done as per the below url,
url: Exchange Self-Signed Certificates in a PCCE 12.6 Solution - Cisco

Deployment Type: PCCE 12.6.2 LAB MODE

Apart from that exchanged the certificate in between Finesse and CUIC.
