I have a script where I associate (with Set Enterprise Call Info) to CallVariable10 a parametric value defined into the application settings.
I defined a Layout in the Finesse Admin > Call Variables Layout, this way

However, the layout seems not reflected to phone layouts. Can anybody help me troubleshoot this one? Several questions:
- Does the agent need to login again to see the modification up and running?
- Is it possible that some of my call variables are overridden somewhere in the call flow?
- Is it possibile that the FIPPA user layout is not the same one that I'm setting up in Finesse?
