I have a script in which the customer calls in a queue to stay upto 30 minutes but they hanged up in 4.5minutes .
Someone look into the script and let me know where i'm doing it wrong .

You did not post the script.
Are callers hanging up on their own perhaps? Or are you saying they are being dropped?
Did you replicate the issue?
Can you post MIVR log for one of the occurrences, with details on caller ID and time of call dropping.

BTW, did you gather MIVR logs to find out why the call is terminating after 4.5 minutes. Is it indeed the script or some other issue.
Post the script as mentioned by Chris. In case, if you are in possession of the script did you try it in the lab yourself.
