Hi all,
I met a issue that customer can't hear agent greeting,just agent can hear it.Agent use jabber v11.
Then agent re-installed jabber v9.7,agent greeting is ok.Both customer and agent could hear it.
It's so weird.Did anyone met this before?

I tried all the version of Jabber(10.5/10.6/11),just v9.7 is ok...

Symptom:
Agent Greeting(BIB) Feature Not Working in Jabber 10.5 for Windows
Conditions:
When Jabber 9.7 is upgraded to Jabber 10.5
