I want to reset password, CRAAdministrator, I try Administrator and ciscocisco credential

Error mesages:

Unauthorized

If you are on UCCX 8x, then you cannot do this without a TAC case.  But if you are 7x or lower, you can do it on your own.  Can you log into the server via remote desktop?  Or do you not know that password also?
