CVP and configuration migration

Hello All;

With Refresh Technology, the CVP configuration (that will be done using the Ops Console): It can be migrated from the production to the new environment or should be done manual?

VXML Server configuration to be done from the Ops Consol, or any thing also need to be done at the VXML Server it self?

But, I do not see a success for the Send to VRU node (the first Send to VRU). And yes I have two Send to VRU nodes now (the success of the first one is connected to the second Send to VRU node). But I am not passing even the first one.

In other words, I dial 44444 and then I see in the IP Communicator the 4000010125 and I see this in the Voice Browser at the CVP Call server, but I do not see a success pass for the Send to VRU node. Also, at the Voice Browser, I see the 4519910126 which is the returned Label for the CVP Call Server (and in this Label, the CVP Call Server is the routing client), even I am not see any success for the Send to VRU node.

Ok, but that is very strange. You actually have success at the first Send to VRU - if you did not, it could not possibly reach the second Send To VRU and return the 45199 label to the Call Server, and yet that is what is happening. But you seem to be telling me that the call comes out the X of the first Send to VRU (does this go to a Release?), and by some magic, the second Send to VRU executes.

Do you understand why you want to use a label that is 10 digits long and set the max DNIS length to 10? This is specific to countries that have a max of 10 digits. What if you were in a country where PSTN numbers could be 11. What would you set it to then?

You should turn on trace on the Call Router and watch that as you place the call. Use "rttrace" and turn on the usual trace check boxes.

About the cach and time, those are mine, please advise if need to correct:

I added the ip host isn-vxml 10.180.22.137 (which is the IP address of the call server). I do not see now the error at the Voice Gateway but I am still see the same error at the VBrowser at the CVP Call Server (which was before), and still the tansferring is not happening well. I am hearing critical error message that the CVP Call Server play it.
