Getting following messages when call is delivered to CVP.

This is a new install. Am I missing anything in config? I don't think CVP even tries to talk to ICM. Don't see any activity on CVP PG. What would be the next troubleshooting step?

Confirm the user has CTI use enabled checked and an ICD extension selected Confirm that the phone is associated with the rmuser. If both all of these are configured successfully, unassociate the phone from the rmuser and then reassociate it

I dont see your VB making an HTTP request to AppServer. Can you see some activity on your App server?
