CVPs showing as out of sync in SPOG; Primary AW OrchestrationSyncJob

Hello,

While in SPOG, I noticed there were 3 alerts. One, from the primary AW that listed OrchestrationSyncJob as the alert. The other two were for the two CVPs as they're showing as out of sync in SPOG. I verified both were in service and can even ping them from the primary AW. Not sure how these alerts came about. Anyone have an idea of what would cause these errors? Thanks in advance!

Hello Jay,

I would recommend you to check the CVP services. Make sure all the services in CVP are up and running. Try launching Diag and make sure all the 3 services (IVR, SIP and ICM) are in service. If all seems to ok, try checking the AW tomcat server logs, that might hint you at the cause.

And also its better to restart the servers or at least the CVP services if possible.
