I am in need of extracting calling information i make using jabber on a daily / weekly basis (duration, number, date, time, ect) kindly assist me on this. kindly refer attached images for your reference.
If you are utilizing Jabber for ccx agent calls you can just run a report in the CUIC for this which should be run by a supervisor in finesse.
