Delay in CTIOS based silent monitoring

Hi,

We have 6 remote locations with centralized Call manager and IPCC servers.  5 out of 6 locations silent monitoring is working fine. But in one location there is 10sec delay in silent monitoring. 

The scenario is A, B, C, D, E, F are the locations.  We are facing the problem with location - A.

i.e.

1.       If we try to monitor the any extension with in the Location - A we have 10sec delay

2.       If we try to monitor the other locations from Location Awe are able to monitor the calls without delay.

3.       If we try to monitor the location A from other locations we have the delay 10sec

Please find the attached success full  silent monitor logs and delay logs.

Surely there is something else that's different about Site A.  Do their Cisco phones take longer to boot up?  Are there delays with in the voice?

What sort of silent monitoring are you using? The original version using WinPCap or CUCM-based silent monitoring using the built-in bridge on the phone?
