Experts,
We found few emails are stuck in queue and cold be deleted as those emails were already responded.
Do we have any steps to clear those emails from backend.
We use UCCX 10.5

Make a workflow and complete all those emails that are stuck

utils uccx eemtables cleanup normal <csq id> 06/25/2016 <state>
Date is the date upto which you want to run clean up and state can be queued, resolved, assigned or all. In order to the get the csqid simply go to CCX Administration >> Subsystems >> RmCm >> Contact Service Queues hover the mouse upon the required email CSQ for which you need to clean the stuck emails and then look at the bottom of page for CSQid.

Hi Deepak,
Sorry for the late reply. We got chance to do this yesterday and when I checked today morning those emails were deleted.
But in the afternoon when the user refreshed the page those emails again starts to appear.
Is there a way to check what are the emails available for the particular queue from CLI.
