Hi All,
I have a question about the dialer ports for outbound call. A dialer uses how many ports for each outbound call 1 or 2.
As the dialer reserves the Available agent first and then make an outbound call to customer through CCM, so i have a question here is this Agent Rservation is virtual process or it also uses the dialer port to reserve an agent so in this way one dialer port is to reserve agent and 2nd dialer port is to make customer call ?
Thanks in advance

Hi
You need to specify what product you are using - UCCX and UCCE both have dialer functions.

Look at the Outbound Option documentation, you need a minimum of 2 ports and an agent available in order to get a call out.
