Hello Everyone,
Appreciate if someone could help me understand the differences between ECC and User variables in Cisco UCCE?
I read those Cisco Documents and understood partially. My main question is why we need to start a variable with .user in ECC?
Appreciate your help. Thanks.

The ECC variables are typically used for doing things like passing data to and from CVP VXML Call Studio applications, among other things.
User variables can be used for setting global variables that apply to all scripts, like routing.

Hi, are you asking as far as the naming convention or what they do/how they're used?

Hi Bill
I would say both. What does expanded call context mean actually? and how are they used? A small example would be appreciated. Thanks.
