The business wants to send voicemail messages en mass directly to customers mailbox, bypassing the phone call or any ringing. I believe this can only be done for mobile users and I know of a few 3rd party vendors who offer this as a paid service. Can this be accomplished with any cisco product? Seen it done? Success or failure stories?
Message broadcast is an option in CUC, but there are some caveats, i.e. does not trigger MWI, has to listed to before going to other messages, does not get delivered to email. How about just using distribution list in CUC?
