Hi,
I know from the department setting it is possible to block all the attachment. But my client do not want to allow agent to browse any file from the desktop during replying customer query. Instead of that they want agent should use the KB as attachment while replying. So is it possible to disable attach button from the reply pane? Or is there any work arround to achieve this.
I am using EIM 4.4.1 with ES4 and it is integrated with UCCE 9.0.1. All the agents are IPTA agents.

It can be doneo by removing "add attachment" action for resource "activity", applicatin "common" for agent role.
