Hi,
Can someone help me with this.I have a small contact center with 6 agent. when the agents are doing outbounds call they do not want the person they are calling to see their number. How do i block the caller id for only these 6 agents. I do not want to block it for all users in the company.
Is it in callmanager or the gateway?

Go to phone settings for these agents on the Call Manager
Set the External Phone mask

I tryed to set the external phone mask, but it didn´t work. Our gateway is cisco 2651 MGCP.

You need to configure the gateway.
In global mode config:
translation-rule 1
Rule 1 8 200
In dial-peer voice 1 pots config:
translate-outgoing calling 1
