I am attempting to set up a dashboard within CUIC 11.6 that when an agent logs in, they are able to see their own phone statistics. Is this possible to set up? I do not want the agents to be able to view others statistics.
This should be possible. If you look at the Embedded Live Data Gadgets, the agents are able to see their own statistics hence you can copy and modify that to what you need.
