One of our customers still operating cisco uccx 11.6 that running in the ESXi 6.7 environment. For security reason etc, they want to upgrade ESXi version from 6.7 to 7.x immediately. To ensure the system running well after upgrading ESXi version, they want to know if existing system ( 11.6 ) can be running in the ESXi 7.x version or not? Or does they have to upgrade uccx too ? Any advice would be help.

If it's stated in the "Supported Versions of VMware vSphere ESXi" section, then it is supported.
And it is stated there. So, yes.
And I would recommend you to save this website. I bet, you will need many times again.
